Onlineshops to Be Punished if They Refuse “Refund within Seven Days"

It is half a year since the implement of the the new Consumer Law. Now the State Administration for Industry and Commerce is gradually implementing the "refund within seven days for no reason " policy. According to Daily News reporter, "Act on Punishment for Prejudicing the Interests of Consumers " will be announced before the end of October. Beijing Consumers Association recently did a survey on 18 shopping site, part of the sites are setting artificial barriers on the refund within seven days for no reason " policy.
