State Council to promote the development of the maritime industry opinion: to deepen the reform of state-owned shipping company

On September 3, the State Council officially issued "Opinions on Promoting the Healthy Development of the Maritime Industry" with the proposal that the country will in 2020 basically complete a safe, convenient, efficient, green, with international competitiveness of modern shipping system, to satisfy the safe operation of the national economy and foreign trade development needs.
